Terms of Service

By accessing and using SQ Port Call Manager ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Permission is granted to use SQ Port Call Manager for personal or commercial port operations management purposes, subject to the following conditions:

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

SQ Port Call Manager provides tools for managing vessel port calls, including but not limited to:

• Task management and scheduling
• Service coordination and tracking
• Crew management and logistics
• Document management and compliance
• Real-time vessel tracking and AIS integration
• Analytics and reporting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

As a user of the Service, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We are committed to protecting your data. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SQ Port Call Manager and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruption or system failure
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other intangible losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SQ Port Call Manager, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Koper, Slovenia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
